Uprzejmie informujemy, że Dział Współpracy Międzynarodowej KSSiP w ramach realizacji projektu „JUSTFREE Justice and Freedom of Expression” - dofinansowanego z środów Unii Europejskiej, koordynowanego przez Francuską Krajową Szkołę Kadr Sądownictwa (ENM), przy udziale pozostałych partnerów projektu tj. Krajowej Szkoły Sądownictwa i Prokuratury, Włoskiej Szkoły Kształcenia Kadr Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości (Scuola Superiore della Magistrature), Instytutu Kształcenia Kadr Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości z Belgii (Institut voor Gerechtelikje Opleiding), Hiszpańskiej Szkoły Kształcenia Sędziów (Escuela Judicial) oraz Szkoły kształcącej adwokatów rad adwokackich Sądu Apelacyjnego w Paryżu (Ecole de formation professionnelle des avocats des barreaux du resort de la Cour d’appel de Paris) - przyjmuje zgłoszenia  do udziału w międzynarodowym szkoleniu, które odbędzie się on-line i będzie prowadzone w języku angielskim i francuskim.

Zakres merytoryczny szkolenia

From 19th to 23rd of April, the Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature is organising a webinar on « Protection of Freedom of Expression by Legal Practitioners» in the European Union in partnership with judicial training institutions from Belgium (IGO-IFJ), Spain (CGPJ-EJ), Italy (SSM), Poland (KSSIP) and the EFB Paris.
This seminar will allow participants to gain an in-depth legal knowledge of the European Convention on Human Rights, the European Charter of Fundamental Rights and European law and to compare experiences from different European countries.
Built around five times two-hour to two hours and a half sessions, this seminar will rotate between theoretical knowledge and workshops, giving ample time and space for practical exchanges on ECHR and European case law.

Online App: Documentation will be available in both French and English via an application developed on purpose This application will contain all useful information, links to the seminar, agenda, but also offer participants a chance to communicate with each other via a private chat and a public forum.
Workshops: On Day Two and Day Four, the participants will be divided in small groups of 10 to 11 participants (either in French or in English, depending of the language chosen by the participant). During that time, participants will work on short practical cases, given to them in advance, under the supervision of a moderator. A plenary session will follow for a general correction and debriefing led by the experts.

 

Du 19 au 23 avril 2021, l’Ecole Nationale de la Magistrature organise un séminaire en visioconférence portant sur « La protection de la liberté d’expression par les professionnels de la justice » au sein de l’Union européenne en partenariat avec les instituts de formation judiciaires belge (IGO-IFJ), espagnol (CGPJ-EJ), italien (SSM) et polonais (KSSIP) ainsi que l’EFB Paris.
Ce séminaire permettra aux participants d’appréhender la liberté d’expression au prisme de la Convention européenne des droits de l’homme, de la Charte des droits fondamentaux et du droit de l’Union européenne, et de comparer les pratiques entre différents pays européens.
Construit autour de cinq sessions de deux heures à deux heures trente, ce séminaire alternera entre sessions théoriques et ateliers en laissant une très large place aux échanges pratiques sur la jurisprudence de la Cour européenne des droits de l’homme et de la Cour de Justice de l’Union européenne.

Application en ligne: La documentation relative à ce séminaire sera diffusée au moyen d’une application mobile développée dans le cadre de ce projet. Cette application contiendra toutes les informations utiles relatives au séminaire, les liens de connexion, le programme et offrira la possibilité aux participants d’échanger au travers d’un forum et d’une messagerie instantanée.
Ateliers: Les jours 2 et 4 du séminaire seront dédiés à des ateliers où les participants seront répartis en sous-groupes de 10-11 personnes (en français ou en anglais, selon la langue sélectionnée par le participant). Durant ces ateliers, les participants travailleront sur des cas pratiques qui leur seront envoyés en amont du séminaire, sous la supervision d’un modérateur. Une session plénière de correction et débriefing général sera ensuite menée par des experts thématiques.

 

Warunki uczestnictwa

Dokonanie w terminie rekrutacji zapisu na listę oczekujących na szkolenie na Platformie Szkoleniowej Krajowej Szkoły. Podczas zapisu konieczne będzie przedstawienie w systemie motywacji w języku angielskim lub francuskim, przy czym wybór języka motywacji będzie traktowany jako jednoznaczny z wyborem języka, w którym osoba aplikująca chciałaby odbyć szkolenie. Wpisanie się na listę oczekujących nie jest równoznaczne z zakwalifikowaniem się na szkolenie.

Przypominamy o konieczności uzyskanie zgody przełożonego na udział w szkoleniu z wyjątkiem sytuacji określonej w art. 82 a § 5 ustawy z dnia 27 lipca 2001 Prawo o ustroju sądów powszechnych (Dz.U. z 2018 r. poz. 23 z późn. zm.), w tej sytuacji kandydat zobowiązany jest poinformować przełożonego.
