Dział Współpracy Międzynarodowej KSSiP zaprasza do udziału w webinarium  udostępnionym przez Europejską Sieć Szkolenia Kadr Wymiaru Sprawiedliwości (EJTN) nt.: "Upholding the Rule of Law in Practice", które odbędzie się w dniu 27 marca 2019 r. w godzinach 14.00-16.00. Kurs będzie prowadzony w języku angielskim.

The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) Upholding the Rule of Law in practice Wednesday, March 27, 2019 14:00 - 16:00 CET. The Webinar aims to present European and international standards of the Rule of Law, to address aspects of the rule of law as reflected in the CJEU and ECtHR case law and discuss and identify the essential components of the rule of law from the perspective of both judges and prosecutors.

Professor Paul Craig and Professor Laurent Pech will apply themselves to the subject in order to provide the participants with a basis for critical judicial analysis.

The webinar will consist of two parts. First, the theoretic/academic background of the Rule of Law and the hard and soft law instruments will be articulated. The second part will focus on the case law of the CJEU and the ECtHR on the rule of law. Both sessions will be followed by a Q&A session and an open discussion where judges and prosecutors will be invited to share their thoughts and national perspectives on the subject.
